Client encountered a roadblock and was charged with the following: DUI 2d offense, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, seatbelt violation, no drivers license

Client charged with burglary of a dwelling and grand larceny in two count indictment in Desoto County Circuit Court.  Both charges retired to the file.

DUI appealed from Union County Justice Court to Union County Circuit Court and charge was dismissed.

Successful probate of will in Lee County Chancery Court.

Client was charged with driving under the influence first offense, reckless driving, no seatbelt and no insurance and all charges were dismissed.

Client charged with solicitation and matter was expunged after being found not guilty.

Client pled guilty pursuant to credit card fraud under Section 99-15-26 and we were able to get this matter expunged from his record.

Client charged with DUI other, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and expired tag. Negotiated a plea deal to plead to the former two

Client charged with DUI Refusal and failure to maintain control and was able to get client qualified for non-adjudication for DUI and other charge dismissed.

Client charged with domestic violence, simple assault and charge was dismissed.
