Client charged with false pretenses while having the duties of bookkeeping for a small town business.  The owner claimed that she fraudulently obtained assets of more than $350,000.  

We were able to get a favorable result of offering a plea resulting in a suspended sentence and post release supervision and owing restitution less than $5,000.
